You mean wheel covers or hubcaps? Well, hubcaps have gotten a deferent name, they used too be the cap that held the grease in and covered the bearings.
Depends on what they look like, I always laughed at people that would put those wheel covers that look like they have 1000 dollar wheels, but you could see the steel through the spokes.
I went to school and this kid had those on his geo metro.
It was funny as hell. They were five spoke crome plastic wheel covers on his 13" wheels and you could see the steel wheel through the covers, At one point in time 1 must had fallen off and you could see the 4 lug wheel and the 5lug covers.

I like'em. They make it look like chrome rims, but cost a lot less. All the dually pickups I've seen/worked on have covers, not real chrome rims. And you can't even tell until you start unbolting the wheels.
