What kind of result should I expect from the dealer when I order my SD?

I want to get BFG All-terrain KO's (I only buy BFG's) instead of whatever junk it comes with. Would I be better off buying, on my own, and trying to sell the junk tires or having them do the swap out? Anybody deal with Red Hill Ford in PA ?

Me and my dad are doing this same thing with the same tires!

We contacted a tire dealer close to the Ford dealer and he is willing to trade us for the Firestones that come on the truck (265/75R16) to 285/75R16 BFG K/O's. We are just driving from the dealer to the tire guy and he is selling/mounting/balancing for around $45 a tire.

Best deal we could find, and not too bad considering the crap that comes on the truck. We were told that we should get rid of the tires to a tire dealer if we could, no one will buy the friggin Firebombs right now, especially second hand.

I special ordered a '94 and had a set of BFG's written into the deal. Payed a little more, but on delivery day, there she was-tires and all. Prep guys even cleaned off that annoying blue stuff.
