Another crossover steering question
Also, what are advantages to one over the other?

A regular X-over steering system will have the tie-rods bolted to the bottom of the stock steering arm, like stock. I'll pimp a pic out of Pro's x-over gallery so you can see what it looks like. Thanks Pro.

Some do a pseudo high steer by doing a little reaming on the stock arms, and then bolting the tie-rods on from the top. The extra couple inches of clearance is the payoff.
In general, a true high steer uses custom steering arms bolted to the top of flat top steering knuckles. This moves the tie-rod above the leaves and gets it pretty much completely out of harms way. If Pro's system was high steer you'd see the tie rod bolted to the same arm as the drag link.
Anyone feel free to correct if you see any holes on my explanation.
Hi-steer x-over is typically done over a simple crossover if: A) you need adjusted angles for optimum leverage, or B) you need the additional clearance.I didn't need either so kept is simple.
