Rattling door and AC Problems
I KNOW I AM NOT ALONE!!!!!
I have two problems with my 2003 XLT 5.4L Expedition.
1. The passenger side rear door rattles all the time. It has been in the shop twice for this problem and both times I was told this problem has been fixed. I drove the car today and the problem is still there.
2. There is a “thump” in the AC area. The thump is heard when the truck is started cold and the AC is in the on position.
Ford West in Bellflower, CA told me that Ford is aware of the two problems but as of now there is no fix. I cannot believe I am driving a $40,000 truck and I am having these problems.
Is there anybody that has heard of a fix for these issues?
