switching stereos
Provided that you are not trying to put a "Premium Sound" radio (head unit) in place of what is there, you will be fine. But, it'll cost ya.
The next option, if there is a button on your existing head unit that has "CD" printed on it, you can use your existing head with an after market CD Changer and an adapter cable from BlitzSafe. Of, a factory changer. The latter is the more expensive of the two options.
Third, get an FM modulated changer. This will allow you to play through your existing head unit whether or not is has the CD button. It works through you FM tuner, so you would hear the cd playback by tuning to a station on the FM band.
Finally...the cheapest and most intelligent choice....buy one of those "fancy" ones they have in the stores. You get a warranty from the date of purchase, not a bunch of lip service from the dealer when and if you have a problem!
