I seen an interesting infomercial about a device called Tornado Fuel Saver and when installed it increases your fuel economy and horsepower by much as 28% and 13 horses respectively.
It’s a mini-cyclone looking device that’s placed in your air intake that creates a swirling motion, allowing the air to move faster and more efficiently.
One of the sites below sells it for $70 and the other sells it for $50. What do you guys think? Save up and buy an intake kit. I just might buy one and install it in my wife’s Expy and see what kind of increases it gives.

If it increased performance, and increase fuel economy, manufacturers would put them in at the factory. They are always looking to better their overall fuel economy.

Well , there goes the "aftermarket" segment of the economy. I hate to break it to you, but manufacturers put on the least amount of stuff they can get away with.

Believe me, I've considered it...
between Zmax, fuel magnets, intake tornadoes, and those teflon pellets you dump in your engine, it's amazing there aren't laws against all this junk...
a buddy of mine ownes a performance shop and on night we decided to put my 89 mustang GT 5.0 on the dino and do a run, 318.6 Hp to the rear wheels, then we put that stupid tornado in and ran it again, 312.2 Hp, It actualy robs power and is obveously restricting air flow. the only way this would ever work is if you had a perfectly straight tube that went into every combustion chamber, like most intakes have atleast one or more curves in them, the vortec created by the tornado would be gone before it got to the valves and mixed with fuel, If you want to throw your money away just go to church and give it there
