Retro Auto Hubs
I have a 00 with manual hubs. A freind of mine explained to me that the trucks with auto locking hubs do so by vaccum and that there are vaccum ports on the front of my brake calipers that go directly to my hubs. He said that I can tie into a vaccum hose run a line into a solinoid, then to the caliper port and add a cab mounted switch to activate the solinoid and that it will engage my hubs.... THAT WOULD BE WAYYY COOL..I am going to investigate this further.. anybody else heard of this???
