Switching Odometer Units
I have a 1996 Full size Bronco that I brought up from the States to Canada. It has a digital odometer that reads in miles, I am wondering if the units of the odometer can be switched to Kilometers or do I have to purchase a metric cluster?
I have found articles on adjusting the constant for tire size but nothing on swapping the units from imperial to metric.

Unless I am mistaken, there is an option for switching from standard to metric and back. Unless they didnt do that til later...but I could swear that it was standard on almost all vehicals with digital odometers.

Junkyard a cluster. I got a cluster in a yard for under $100; they're much more than that from Ford.
On an interesting note, while I was reading up on changing the units, Ford gives a 10-15% tolerance on the accuracy of the speedo. That's a lot IMO.
