Superchips Microtuner for 6.0L

I assume it will, all other Microtuners do. All the information I have is in the announcement. I can't answer any questions other than point to the announcement. As I get more information I'll post it.

The first question that I would like to see answered is will the tuner leave trace codes.

To answer your questions:
Yes, the superchips unit can be returned to stock, just like the 7.3L unit
It will not leave trace codes, other than "more driving time needed", which of course is set everytime you disconnect your battery, let alone blink.
This code is never a cause for concern and goes away quickly.
There is no "stamp" left of the stock program to leave traces.

That is what they said about the Predator, wanted the latest flash, that is. My predator works FINE on the June 03 flash. The programmers just don't know exactly what they are building on without this limitation.
