Ever wish?

Ever just wish some 350 would come rolling through a stop sign nail your passenger side and total your truck? I love my truck, but I also want a new MAch 1, and itis attainable, and if someone totals my truck, It gets paid off and I can start from scratch again......

Jimmy, I've been hit-slammed-flipped & totalled too many times With any luck I'll never see another insurance adjuster!!! With all the pre-existing injuries I don't think I would get a very good settlement anyway.

Honestly, No, Jimmy. I've never wished for something like that. It's happened to me in the past, and I've gotten out of it on the better end of the deal and unscathed. BUT,,, to wish upon myself the possibility of all the things that can go wrong in an accident,,, nah,,I'll wait until I can afford what I want.

So it has to be a new car? I personally would never buy a brand new car. Besides that awful smell, the whole depreciation of 30% approxiamately after you drive off the lot always bugged me. Plus,, I don't do credit, I pay for everything in cash. No Financing, lol. But if that's the case, it has to be the new one,, then better get a second and third income :P

NO!!! I love my trucks! Besides I have a metal hip and my left leg is shorter than the other because of a wreck. I wish a wreck upon no one. It might turn out not the truck that gets totaled out.

I bought a 94 Z28 this past fall. The previous owner was a cop who used to street race. It has a 396 stroked LT-1 motor w/racing TH400 tranny and lots of suspension work done. I was leary about buying someone else's race car, too, so I took it to a speed shop that my son and I know and had them check it out. The body is near perfect without any rust (a real feat in MI) because it was stored winters.
The owner had all of the original receipts for the work done on the car and I even contacted the speed shop that built the car to ask them about it. They all gave it a clean bill of health and I haven't been disappointed. It ran an 11.52 1/4mile on it's first trip to the strip and we didn't even leave hard.
