FE Engine Design and History
I was just wondering if anyone would be interested and/or has information as to the creation of the FE. Such as what the engineers at Ford were going for with the wide intake manifold, extended skirt, shaft valvtrain (I am not bashing this awsome engine family). Maybe race results from it's heyday in competition. I figured this would be a topic that some of the guys that were maybe around in the late 50's, 60's, 70's could really get into......
