oil in coolant
2003 7.3L PSD ... been in 3 times now. Keep getting oil in coolant. They replaced the oil filter/engine heater assembly.. still getting oil in coolant. Anyone familiar with this? Solutions?

One possibility is that you've got one of the injector O-rings ruptured. The o-rings act as gaskets, keeping oil, coolant, and fuel separated. the one between the oil and coolant could have developed a leak.

By saying "been in" I assume and hope that you mean it's been back to Ford for them to fix it!? They had that problem with the first 6.0's that came out, but I can remember the cause. Keep after them (Ford) - they better be fixing it.
