Front end clunking

When going over a bump or turning right down a driveway ramp I get a clunking near the front passenger tire. ?Spring? I also notice that the whole truck tends to lean to the drivers side, front and back. Could this be a broken leaf spring? Thanks for your help!

CK ball joints and any other stearing components for excessive play. Also CK front wheel bearings for same thing.

Check the stabilizer end links, very common problem.
