Squeak in front end?

Squeak in front end?
I have a 2000 Explorer and on the righthand side there is a relentless squeak. I have taken apart the links and greased them I have oiled every thing in site and I still can't get rid of it?? But when I go through a puddle of water it will go away for awhile? So does anybody know where this is coming from?

His explorer does not have a radius arm. Any explorer made in 1995 and after has an 'A' arm setup.
Bob have you checked your wheel bearings yet. Although the water part would eliminate the wheel bearings. It also might be that the brake calaper is not relasing and draging on the rotor.
