fixing a 79F350 bed?
i have a 1979 F350 camper special and was wondering if anyone out there has tried to "fix" the bed with a metal replacement?i also need to replace the tailgate and the front of the bed.
we had a load of railroad ties droped on it and it was never fixed so it's rusted out.
the truck has 97k miles on it and it was free ( before we did all the work to it).
any help would be great!

thanks i looked there and saw a plate for the bed and the front piece as well... i was also wondering if you could weld a piece of steel and still use the front piece from your shop?
