9 position timing chain

I would like to get some opinions on a Rollmaster DBBL roller. it has 9 keyways at 2* increments.

would this all the keyways weaken the sprocket? or is there anything bad about Rollmaster brand?

thanks in advance for any input.

roll masters in Australia are considred "the" chain to buy, the cut outs are to allow you to time your cam in correctly and have no factor in the strength of the gears.

is it worth it to get that chain with a lopey cam that needs to be degreed or can i just get the set with 3 keyways and do the same. i was checking them out yesterday in summit

i think you will find the 3 way suitable as well as it will have the o and 1 + and - which should be enough for a street type motor, rollmasters are popular here because they are well built not so much for the keyways.
