o2 sensor or Cat
my truck has a bad acceleration issue. if at a dead stop, when i floor it the truck boggs. or while driving if i accelerate too fast it boggs. once i let off gas it is fine. i thought it was a fuel issue at first but fuel press is good, no code are present, replaced fuel filter and pumps, air filter, MAP sensor, plugs and wires, cap and roter, and pcv valve....my question is would a bad o2 sensor cause this and not throw a code? or would it be a bad cat? i dont think my cat is bad (but i realy don't know much about exast)

Bogging wouldnt be caused by an oxygen sensor. It sounds like you have a clogged cat. Before you spend money on a replacement, you should have an exhaust shop pressure test it. That will definitively determine if thats the problem or not.
