well my 300/c4 has no problem doing 80 on the highway, i dont know the rear gears, but i will get around to getting the numbers for them, and that 80mph is with 1000lbs in the bed

There is no rating for the 300-6. Generally you just go by the std rating. That would be 2000lbs. I think that is a little low, but I wouldn't recommend a combined load weight (on the bed, the trailer, and stuff on the trailer combined) of more than 3000 with the 300-6, as a daily driver. Adding a larger V-8 somewhere down the road would make the towing capacity skyrocket.
If everything is in good mechanical condition, with little rust/damage, I would say it is in the $1800-$2400 value range , with that motor.
