Not on those years. They changed the design of the window switches in 95 so that they would light up. Having previously owned a 92 Explorer I know your pain.... but just learned to deal with it.
That was one of the things that I thought was missing in the first gen Explorers. Unfortunately, the newer ones can't be easily retrofitted to the older models. I believe the doors are the same so you may be able to replace the entire interior panel including switches. One other small thing Ford fixed was putting pockets on the back of the front seats.
