Whipple is the highest quality set up out there but it shows in the price. I believe they were involved with Ford on the 500hp GT which is a all aluminum 5.4.
Has anyone seen the hp numbers for the new Lightning? All Ive seen is the prototype picture.

 

whipple is actually collaberating with ford on thier new 5.4l blower. they are working with ford to get it right. the retail price will be very close to 5k. this will produce around 475hp and 600tq at 7 pds of boost.

this would be the blower to put on the fords 5.4 3 valve motor imo. i was also told it would be out early in 05.

 

I had heard that, unfortunatly, my 5.4 is of the 2001 type and only a 2 valve, I think I am going to go with the Eaton from the lightning, It will do all I need it to, I think, LOL
