COP Mystery Solved
First, I would like to thank all of you who were patient and helped me with this problem, RacerGuy, Knolsen, LXman, et al... Well, as I mentioned in a previous post I had a cylinder missing, computer said #8. Pulled it and it was a little wet, fixed this, changed the COP and it still ran like hell. Went on to replace the plug, still running bad. So after this I began to pull all the COPs and plugs, replacing all the plugs. Got to cylinders 6 and 7 and the wells are full of water! Seems that cylinders 6-8 must have filled with water and with the cold weather here that water would freeze... The truck would run fine for a few minutes but once the ice defrosted the miss would start again. I dried everything out, filled the COPs with dieletric grease and she is running as good as ever.
