390 4v Intake

I am looking for a intake manifold for my 390 that I am rebuilding. I want to go with cast iron, so what should I be looking for in a higher preformance manifold, or are they all the same.

id go aluminum much lighter,cast intake is a boat anchor, i have same engine in my 75 450 hp

Does aluminum stand up over the years? I am looking for many miles of use in an everyday driver.

Aluminum intakes last every bit as long as iron ones. No moving parts to break. Warpage is not an issue either.
