I dont think you will find double platinum Motorcraft plugs anymore but the single platinums are good too.
I like Motorcraft wires too but I'm probably somewhat biased because I work at a dealer. I feel that they fit better and seal better where they go into the head.
You dont need to replace the coils unless there is a problem with them.
