My troubleshooting guide shows a code 1211 can be set by the IPR (injection pressure regulator) failed, stuck, or shorted to ground. Also, could be the tuner program. Try clearing the codes and a different setting to see if the code returns. I have done the 10k mod and it sometime sets this code.
