2000 rager upgrades
I JUST BOUGHT MY FIRST RANGER AND HAD SOME QUESTIONS ON PERFORMANCE . I HAVE THE 3.0 AND WANT TO KNOW WHAT KIND OF UPGRADE THIER ARE FOR MY TRUCK EX.EXAUST ,HEADERS CHIPS, COLD AIR INTAKE . I ALSO WOULD LIKE TO ADD ELECTRIC MIRROS AND DOOR LOCKS. IF ANYONE HAS DONE THIS STUFF TO THIER TRUCK PLEASE LET ME KNOW THANX AARON

Check out magnaflow.com, gibsonperformance.com and dynomax.com. They all make cat backs for the 3.0. I personally prefer magnaflow, then dynomax, then gibson. I'm not saying that one is worse or better than the others, they're all probably about equal performance wise which leaves only sound to go by. I think the magnaflows and dynomaxs sound nice. The gibson is a little to quiet for my taste, they're not much different sound-wise than stock. IMHO. I want to hear my exhaust if I'm gonna pay $300+ for it.
