O2 + Exhaust

My truck has 202k miles and to my knowledge it may still be running the stock O2 sensor - I should probably replace it shouldn't I? Also, is 41 dollars a fair price for a Bosch O2 sensor? Should I go someplace else to get one, or order off the internet from another company? That's what Orielly's priced out the other day when I was pricing out other tuneup items as well. My grandpa hadn't done the Cap, Rotor, Wires ever to my knowledge, and he did the plugs just because I pestered him about that when he changed the oil. It couldn't hurt could it? Don't they need to be changed every 50 or 60 thousand miles.

Also, a friend of mine said he would do my exhaust for me. I'd take off the second catalytic converter (and the first if when we are under there it turns out to be pretty plugged - though if it is then I will *definately* go get a high-flow cat because I refuse to run no cats). He'd run whatever size pipe back I wanted. What I wanted was to go dual with 2.5 inch pipes (I believe that is what it said on a chart posted on here before was the best to use) and then end with a dual outputs either in front of the wheels or straight out the back, and have 18 inch long 4 inch tips for the noise. My question on this is...either way will the length and size of the tips be enough that it will be loud and resonate good, but wouldn't be too "ricey"? I have been under the impression that if I have a long enough tip to get the exhaust to resonate right then I will be able to keep the tone low (buff sounding) as opposed to a shorter length tip resulting in a higher tone (rice). If somebody could confirm or deny this for me, then by all means. I am going to go ahead and look up some 300-6 exhausts posted on here anyways.
