I got a 79 F-150 4x4 and i was wondering, I ordered the Skyjacker 6" Lift from 4wheelparts.. and 6" Skyjacker rear leaf springs from the same.. Will my truck level out with these? If not how can i lift the front end more w/out buying new coils? Thanks!

 

Level out which way? Side to side or front to back?

Most trucks came with 2" higher back ends to accommodate loads. I don't think the new lift and springs will take this out. It should however fix any left to right problems you are having.

Also don't forget to check the condition of your body mounts - they will make the cab and / or the bed sit out of alignment.
