Well hello to everyone, I just found this forum and did a search on my problem and still didn't find an answer. Hope someone can help me......
'95 Ford Windstar, none of the power windows work, have checked fuses and relays, nothing. Has anyone had this problem before?
Checked switches for continuity ......
i have the same problem both front door power windows wont work have checked motors they are fine have checked fused and replaced relay and switches for power windows did basic power checks but still have no answer to problem would appreciate help
Have you found out what is wrong with your Windstar? I have a 95 Winstar also with new fuses and relays,switches,etc. There is no power going to any of them .HELP! None of the windows work at all.

I do not have any diagrams of the windstars, but I would imagine they are wired like all other Fords. What I am thinking is the windows go through an accessory delay relay, which lets you operate the power windows with the key off for a minute or two. This relay is controlled by the GEM module which has all sorts of electronic timers and junk in it to do all the fancy functions of the interior lights, windows, door locks, etc.
If you could find this accessory delay relay, and figure out how to jump across the terminals, you could test this theory to see if the windows would start working.
