4X4 conversion
i'm considering working over my truck.
it's a '92 ext. cab 1/2 ton shortbed, 5.0, mazda 5 gear,and obviously 2wd...
i wanna make it a 4wd, but i'm wondering what all i need.
im gonna be putting in a 351w, trans is getting upgraded from the mazda thing to a ZF.
now i know i need a transfer case, fron axle and driveshaft, and all the other nuts 'n bolts, plus longer brake lines in fron and rear.
and the shifter...lol
my main concern is the front axle, im dead set on a solid axle. i just don't know what i need.
