This one is only $2895 (OBO)with a rebuilt motor.

WOW thats alot to pay for 200k+ miles. I would check it out real close..and I mean everything including the 4x4 and all. Honeslty I woud continue to check around. Here in Colorado, 4x4 country, I can get one with lift, fresh 351, 35in tires and all for that same price. ANd it only has 140k miles.
