Headlight doors/bumper guards

Help!
Just got a new set of chrome headlight doors.. having a problem figuring out how the old ones come off. does anyone have a diagram on how they come off or can explain to me how.. thanks.. Also i just got a new set of front bumper guards.. having a problem finding out how to mount those to.. any help would be great.. thankss
