What transfer case is this?
I am considering buying the NP435 and transfer case pictured in my gallery, but only if I can adapt the t-case to my C4. Can one of you guys easily tell me if this is a Dana 20 or 21 (or something else)? I can't lay hands on it as it is 600 miles away. If it is a 21 I'm pretty sure it isn't an option for a C4. My truck is a 71 F100 I am preapring to convert to 4WD, I have already procured a complete 4WD frame and axles from the same source. Keeping it automatic is a must so I need to get a t-case and adapt it, hopefully using my C4. I figured the Dana 20 would be the simplest option for this, given all the Bronco stuff out there. I don't think the C4 would be good with a Dana 21 as it is a single speed case and lacks the ultra low first gear in the NP435. Questions? Comments? Please look at my gallery and tell me what kind of case this is.
