ball joint troubles

ball joint troubles
today has not gone as planed, i need some help, ive got a 99 F-250 super duty 2x4 with the twin i beam set up up front. the ball joints are bad on the passenger side of the truck, 1/2" of play in them so they have to be fixed. I get the wheel and the caliper off piece of cake and i have been trying to get the caliper mounting bracket off, these two bolts that hold this on will not move, Ive spent most of the day trying to bust this lose. Ive tried sockets, box wrenches, cheater bars(which arn't very long since i can get them to clear the out side of the wheel well, ive put a small torch on it, ive tried hitting a wrench with a hammer lightly tapping it ive got a compressor that is truned up all the way to 135 psi, and have tried my impact gun which is 290 ft lbs, and a friends of mine dads impact gun and neither one will even budge these two bolts, are there any tricks to get these two bolts to move? my mechanic quoted me $700 to replace upper and lower ball joints on both sides and i just don't have that kind of money so i need help bad, any idea or suggestions would be great thanks ryan

I might ask a different mechanic. I don't have a SuperDuty, mine's a 95 Bronco with TTB, but I got my ball joints replaced, front axle uni's replaced, and new manual hubs installed for $500. Not sure if he's just a nice guy, or what, but $700 sounds really high to me.
