Diablo chip update
So I sent my whole ECM, with chip, to diablo and I got it back today with their white seal over the chip. I think its ready to go...
I put the ECM back in, connect the battery, and the truck WONT START !!
So I try what Abendx did, I turn the key to the on position, wait 30 seconds, and try to start it up... NO START.
I then peel the sticker back and pull the chip out... truck starts fine.
I put the chip back in... NO START...but it did "burp" one time when I first turn the engine over but it was just a millisecond and then all it did was crank over. I take the chip out.. TRUCK STARTS...
Any ideas for me? I have a call into Ken but he wont be in until 2 EDT ( thats 1:00 pm for me) and I have to go to work... ANYBODY OUT THERE GOT ANY IDEAS?
Not panicking but getting disgruntled....

dude... NOT what i did.......
- pull the chip and start.
- turn off.
- put the keys in your pocket.
- put teh chip back in.
- put the key in the ignition and turn to run
- let set for 20 seconds.
- turn on truck!

I did exactly what you did Abendx.... I even printed out your thread so I did it exactly like you did...didnt work
Ken mentioned something about a Diablo 4 " something or other" code if the jumper didnt work...
ever hear of this?
