does anyone know if this will fit?

found this on ebay wondering if it would fit my 94 2.3 ranger. i dont care if i have to drill holes in the bracket just wondering if it would be large enough for it to bolt up thanks for any suggestions

You get what you pay for. You could make it fit, but who knows about the quality.
