Neil - I'm still not able to get on F150 Online either. I see some discussion over there about the probelm but I don't have the spam blockers they mentioned as a possible problem and I made sure that they are off at the server. Anyway, would mind posting my vin again so that IsInBloOm can check it. Thanks very much!!! George PS Have you gotten your truck yet?
