The 265x75x16 is about a 32x10.50 equivelent in SIZE only. I have put 285x75x16's on my truck, and they are 33" tall, although a little narrower than a 33x12.50. The thing you need to be carefull of is tire rating. My truck empty would overload most 33x12.50 tires. Most have a "C" load rating. Check out those tires on your truck, they are probably an "E" Rated tire. My 285's are "D" rated, but because of the larger size, have about the same load carrying capacity.
