there is a resistor, i do belive its mounted right beside the blower motor in the engine compartment it has a plug with like 5 wires on it, thats more than likely your problem, it controlls speed by resisting power, i think thats where it is but as soon as you find it and remove it you can look at it and see if its blown, if it is one of the lilttle wires will be broken.

Definately the speed resistor. Seen more than enough of these on Fords, GM's and Chry's. to agree with ATC. Real easy fix. Plug and Pray! 2 screws on the blower housing (Fan air keeps it from overheating), pull out, install new one, plug in and go!
