Anyone found a way to keep the interior light off while the doors are open and the key is in the "run" position? The way I know is if you open the door while the truck is off, and then move the key to the "run" position. The light will come on while the door is open, but will shut off at "run". Anyone else found a bypass around the stock system?
Sometimes I think Ford just doesn't think about the "little" things.
My 98 GMC had a "dome" over-ride button, as did my buddy's 95 Chevy.
I think Ford was the last pickup to have factory tie-downs in the bed.
Also last to have the partitioning slots in the bed.
Don't get me wrong, I LOVE my truck! Wouldn't trade for any other 'cept another Ford. Of course, I loved my 69 Mustang Mach 1, my 70 Torino Cobra 429CJ, too!
