what about deez heads

ok so heres some weird stuff. YOu can buy c8ve or c9ve heads from autozone for 140 bucks or you can go to kragen and get them for 298. any one know about this? at autozone is that the price per head and kragen the price per set?????? any answers greatly appreciated.
