Harmonic Balancer ???

Anybody know the difference between an 88 and a 95? I have an 88 truck with a ford factory reman engine from 95. How do I know I have the correct balancer on it? And what parts to order for other stuff? The pushrods are 95 length. That's why I am suddenly concerned. Thanks. Chuck

The balancer is the same for both motors.

What other parts are you talking about?

The only thing that changed was the heads in 93. ALL other parts should be interchangable.

How come there are different sizes of pushrods listed. One for 93 up? And the casting number on the rail of the head is E7... How do I know the year/style? Thanks.

Im going WAAYYYY out on a limb here with my limited knowledge I have learned on this site, but I believe E7 stands for '87 as in 1987........but wait until someone with knowledge confirms that before taking it as fact

Yep E7TE (87) and F3TE (93 1/2)Are the two different fuel injected heads. Maybe the length of the push rods changed. Hmm.
