Question A new Engine

Hey, i was just wondering if anybody knows how much it would cost to replace my 4.2 liter and tranny with a 2004 lightning engine and transmission. What else will i have to change? and will this cause problems with any other components? i have a 2000 F-150 XLT with the stepside.

Norco, Louisiana? Last time I was there it was 1986.....I did a shut down in Shell. I moved from Louisiana in 1987 to Florida.

If you want to pull off that kind of engine swap you better be ready to lay down some serious $$$$$$!
