Changing Calipers?

I have a problem i picked up a 76/77 ford 3/4 ton. The truck came with dual piston calipers. I cant fit my 15 on the front with out hitting the calipers. I need help and i have pix of my setup. What do i have for options to make my 15's fit. I need to go the cheap way. I found 2 inch spacers but they want 400 CDN for 2. Is there a part # to go with single pistion calipers. Will a single fix the problem. The truck will never see the hiway. Any help? The frony is a Dana 44 high pinion!
