fuel rails

im in the process of replacing the head gaskets on my truck and i got to the lower intakemanifold got it unbolted but im not quite sure what to do with the fuel rails because the line plugs into the regulator and has a small clip that looked like it held the line in so i took it off and the line is still stuck im afraid of bending these darn things be reconigtion any one know how to get these off?

You need a disconnect tool for Ford fuel lines. I'm not sure exactly which one, but a tool is needed. Check with your auto parts store and see what they can have for it.
