95 F-150 Keyless Entry

95 F-150 Keyless Entry
My Friend has a 95 F-150 that came with Keyless entry. Problem is he lost his only remote. His friend gave him a remote from a 95 Ford car instead of for a truck. Does this matter? If not does anyone know what the steps are for programming it? Thanks, Down in the Bootheel.
