Question The weight of

Hey,
I own a horse, and I am planning on buying a full size bronco, and a horse trailor. I read that broncos can pull up to 7800lbs, and this is probably a blonde moment for myself (happens alot), and certainly the stupidist question I've ever asked, but I want to make sure and since all the search engines I have been on didn't come up with any good results, here it is. The Ford Bronco is a half ton vehicle correct? I feel dumb asking that... but hey I'm used to falling flat on my face infront of people I dont even know lol. Thanks for any replys, I appreciate it

not sure if this is the right forum for that question, but i believe the bronco is, although towing with something that short of a wheelbase can be kinda scary

Your right, the question doesn't belong here but since there is a blonde moment involved, then Saunter needs to be in here with the rest of that are having blonde moments like myself. And I'm not even blonde!!

Yes, the Bronco is 1/2 ton. But why not next a F-250 3/4 ton 4X4? Much longer, heavier, just as powerful, & will suit your needs nicely.

Because I have to pay for it myself, and the option of anything else more expensive is completely out of reach. I can get a nice Full size Bronco for less than 4g's plus I still have to buy a trailor. I'm only 16 *shrug* Sorry its not the right forum, I didn't know that.

Don't sweat it!! Half the stuff that goes on in here probally should'nt

Thats what is great about it. Pull up a chair & have a laugh or go to the main forum index & browse around. You will find a whole lot of info here that will help you sometime when you don't expect it.

Welcome aboard, we won't throw ya overboard. Well I won't anyways unless you give up on the Ford & buy a Chevy, & even then I will still find it dificult since I like & own both.

Thanks I appreciate it. I personally like Fords, but my family has two camaros and a buick!!! lol. I am currently the driver of a 93' Ford Ranger.. I love that truck... but alas, it has no AC, no speakers (cept one), over heated at the emissions place and everywhere else, the windsheild is most certainly cracked almost all the way through, and the so called power locks dont work on the drivers side (dangerous for a girl to be out at night and can't lock the doors) I could go on lol. I wont make you suffer tho LOL.

Ranger aren't bad trucks!
When I was your age a buddy of mine had one. Beat the hell out of it & it kept on ticking until I took I took it after tree.
That killed it instantly but he didn't care. We were 18 & he was ready to upgrade to a larger 4X4.

I also want to add that the only stupid question is the one you never ask. Don't be shy to ask questions here, there are a lot of people willing to offer help & opinions.
