Hey everyone I need all the good luck out there sent to me. On Monday morning at 5am I have to have my companies plant running at full steam. I have just finished a 10 million 40 thousand square foot expansion of our plant sfter 6 months of planning, building, yelling, and lots of rolaids. We are to put it in full production Monday morning. I have just 2 days to finish all the bugs. This was the largest project I have had to do and it will either solidify my position or sink it.
If my hair was red I'd let ya rub my head, If I had a rabbits foot I would let you use it, If I had a lucky coin I'd let ya borrow (sp) it. But I don't think you'll need any of it. I'm sure everything will be fine!
The best of luck to you Rollie!!
I have been through 2 plant start ups and they were a PITA!!!
I can not give you anymore advise than what you already know. Just wishing for a good start up.
Prayers to you sir!!!
Mark
all the good luck is working. Looks like even mother nature is helping. Lots of snow means no workers which means no production. Mechanical ready Production people not, looks like Maintenance Wins Again.
well people thanks for all your support. The good news is most everything went well. We had a few adjustments to make and a few bugs in the system but by 2pm the plant was running on it's own and I was breathing easier. I owe allot to my staff and my contractors because without them I never could have pulled this off. Now maybe I can start sleeping at nights.
