Rear Hatch Lock Problems...
I have a 98 Explorer Sport...My problem is when I lock the rear hatch using the remote or from inside I get this loud grinding noise. If I hold the inside lock down, its a constant sound...
With this problem I cant open the rear hatch or the rear window. The handle for the hatch doesnt work and the button for the window doesnt work...
I am assuming its the actuator, but I am asking in case it is something else....
