Click on your settings button then go to edit options. At the bottom of the page will be where your avatar section is. You will have to reduce one of your pictures to about 60 by 60 to make it fit.Use a good image edit tool and it should reduce the picture and keep the aspect ratio.

I don't think there is a way to unsubscribe from the other site. I think everybody else is just getting banned, and their posts deleted before very many see them.
