performance advice??

I have a 98 f 150 4.6 liter, with 68,000 miles and i have a flowmaster exhaust system, but it just isn't putting out the power i would like. I was wondering if i should go with a chip, and what kind is suitable for this type of truck. And i was also curious what type of cold air induction system would be most beneficial for my truck.

FIPK would work for your air induction. Try doing a search on "chips" I'm sure there will be alot of info there for you. Hope this helps.

I used a Superchips 1715 tuner ('03 version) and run it in the performance tow mode. Helps it towing and picked up the performance too. I really like the way the trans shifts now. The K&N FIPK helped out too. The cat-back system is next as soon as it warms up. I won't work on the truck when it is in the single digits outside and the garage is full with another project.
